杨义军,字心泉.号凤山居士,凤城山人,蒞真堂主人。1950年出生于福建,从小酷爱书画艺术,拜著名书画家胡忠元老先生为师,擅长于人物、花鸟、山水、佛教艺术等工笔画。现任中国民族书画家协会常务副会长、中国诗酒文化协会诗书画院院长、南京大学文化创意博士后工作站客座教授、中国三农发展中心高级顾问、东西方艺术家协会副会长(纽约)、中华书画家联合会副主席、中国国际名人艺术家联合会顾问、中国北京名人美食保健协会专家顾问等。作品入选(世界华首人艺术精品大典)、(中国建设书画精品大典)、(当代华人书画名家精品大典);获得(共产党人书画大赛)最佳奖,获(中日邦交三十周年书画展)三等奖、荣获(全国获奖艺术家精品博览会)金奖、(世界华人艺术家书画精品赛)银奖,2000年,在中国建设书画精品大展中荣获金奖,在首扃全国新闻界书画作品展荣荻一等奖。2002年韩国国际美术大展获银奖。2010年被授予:世界书画艺术大师。被国礼中心评为国礼艺术家。成功的1组织几十场国内国外大型文化活动'获最佳组织奖。作品多次被中国国家博物馆,人民大会尝中国美术馆,军事博物馆,中国民族博物馆,越南民族博物馆,马来西亚博物馆展出并收藏。
